Excellent condition Martin Custom Shop for your consideration! We don't usually make a point to highlight and speak about acoustics being lightweight as they are all usually pretty light in weight. This guitar here is particularly light and should noted, you can play this guitar for days and barely notice you'll holding anything.... 3lbs 4oz on our scale at the shop. This is a gorgeous guitar with a surprising amount of volume for a small body. Beautiful voicing on this OM very clear and articulate. Vintage style ambertone finish on stika with some great looking flamed mahogany. The largest and most obvious imperfection is pictured in the 3rd to the last photo in the listing, you will notice there is some hazing in the finish from where your arm rests on the lower bout when playing the guitar. There are some other very minor small bemishes from normal play wear. For those who are very particular about the cosmetics, please request more photo's if you need to see something in closer detail, or if you'd like to see all the small dings that we detect, It's no problem at all!

The action is currently 7 and 5.5 (64th's when measured at the 12 fret) which is where action is most commonly measured. Please keep this in mind if contemplating making an offer on this guitar. We mention this because the saddle can likely only be lowered slightly more and still have the proper break angle for the strings. The action could be lowered to about 6 and 4 (64th's) which we would consider medium-low but it shouldn't be lowered any more (on this guitar) than that to maintain that proper break angle. So if you are someone who wants/ needs lower action than the aforementioned 6 and 4 this guitar would unfortunately not be the right guitar for you.

The important build specification on this guitar can be found in the last picture of this listing. What's not in the spec sheet, but we verified before listing is that this guitar has the same dimensions as an OM-28. Nut width, overall length, scale length, body length, waist/ upper bout/ lower bout all the same in width and depth, bracing is the same etc. Essentially it's beautifully customized version of Martin's wonderful OM-28's.
